Yes, it is a "speed bump" and a very clever strategy by TTS to make shareholders aware of, and angry at, the Socialist Republic's contempt for any reasonable conduct.
Given the recent record of our judiciary, it is wise of TTS not to recognise the pokies compensation until such time as the Vic Government has no possible further options to apply their unconscionable behaviour in relation to the compensation. They act like socialists, "gambling bad therefore rip them off" but we are happy to use their exorbitant tax payments to fund our wasteful schemes. Truly sickening.
On the positive side - if TTS is able to ward-off the Government thugs, they did state that the funds would be applied to some form of capital management initiative.
