It depends on if your are Long-term, Medium-term or Short-term trading/investing.
Long-term, (as long as things keep progressing satisfactorily) it would be easy to argue it's a buy.
They've got a lot of potential products, but nobody can guess how many might succeed or fail.
The announcements have been good, although some would argue that more should have been achieved by now.
Also, if you're taking the punt that they'll have at least some success, the weekly chart shows it at good buying/accumulating levels, Long-term.
You would expect the total selling volume to be a lot higher if things weren't progressing.
Short-term has those and lots of other things to consider.
