except that in Admin the banks will most likely recover less so they might be inclined to agree to try to buyout the Notes for something..........we might be subordinated (and just a little bit subordinate!) but we do carry some leverage here and I for one would be willing to be bought off - the alternative is nothing so its all upside the way I see it.
