    I can only guess that the chairman of BNB (Elizabeth Nosworthy) has decided to make a career of running failing companies. Her track record of late is terrible. I guess its a bit like being a stunt man - you do the job that nobody else wants and get a premium for it. "Professional scapegoat".

    I guess maybe the Queensland Water Commission is next...
