    Go to page 58 of 160 of prospectus.

    A trigger event is a delisting event & a delisting event is "EACH" of the following, B&B must be delisted "AND" they have to be suspended for 20 days.

    I take "EACH" to mean BOTH rather than either/or.

    B&B is not delisted, merely suspended. Maybe it will stay listed to release news, but suspended from trading.
