Common sense would tell any judge that the board of management and the banks are colluding in order to rip-off noteholders.
I think justice will prevail if we take this case to a court of law. After all, we pay $100 for each notes. Bankers and management can play with the law all they want, but at the end of the day. Judges are human, and they will see through all the legal bullshit smoke put up by the banks. It is only fair for a debt holders to collect their debt.
