They will not tie money up at the very bottom only to have to wait. their money is better suited trading and getting in at the last possible moment. 2 weeks to go and an almost guaranteed 1BT of IO, they will be playing, dont worry about that.
By my calculations and for any that have been to uluru (ayers rock) FMS have 2X the 'volume' of that big rock in IO
not bad for a junior miner at 5.6c
