Ive also been looking for cfd provider with similar criteria & have come to same conclusion - Macquarie. Free platform however has some limitations (ie do not have access to market depth & news releases etc but I can get this info from my etrade). Macquarie are a little bit more expensive with commission rates but otherwise I also feel they might be the most cost effective provider (with direct market access). goodluck!
