doesn't etrade offer dma cfds? Their platform is Power ETrade, tho and that costs about $75 per month upfront, with full rebate of that fee after about ten trades in the month.
I've used the etrade setup and its ok aside from the accounting side (for cfds). I could never follow it and somehow I'm not sure they could either. I've heard they have since updated their accounting front end so maybe things are better now.
