Every time I see cfd mentioned I think of Jesse Livermore´s ¨Reminiscences of a Stock Operator¨. I downloaded the pdf for free from a link posted on hc. Unfortunately the link no longer works.
If you read/have read the book, it might strike you how similar cfd operations are to the bucket shops of Jesse Livermore´s youth. Unfortunately the association severely tarnishes the glitter for me.
