They have already done this in the ASX announcement called 'change in management structure' which explains why Martin's role has changed.
What other information do expect te company to announce re this change?
if you read my post on 'commonwealth law and use of information by office holders and employees' you will see that Martin (along with all other members associated with the company) is not allowed to take advantage of any 'inside information' eg buying shares with the knowledge that positive news is imminent or selling shares if bad news prevails.
