wisdom, MR calling individual shareholders back is not good enough. IMO, he should respond in writing to queries that are made in writing. Phone calls from him really mean nothing. He has done that to me in the past also, and after I hung up I felt that he told me nothing - pure spin.

This is one time that I agree with you. He needs to come out with an announcement and re-state what he stated in an announcement approx 12 months ago, that although he no longer a director he intends holding on to his shares for at least 3 years. If he does this it will placate the market. Otherwise people will continue to view with suspicion the fact that he has resigned as a director.

I was his best supporter - no longer the case. His resignation as a director does not make sense - no matter what birdeye says.
