Hi all
Just read the above posts.... still think if you are worried about MRs selling shares, assuming there is no proper response from the company to give comfort to shareholders, you are free to write to ASIC to voice your concerns. I think it would be fair to say that if MR was to sell down shares as CEO and major shareholder, that this would be important for the market to know and require disclose. If he is not planning on selling shares... he should have no issues at all disclosing when he buyrs or sells shares....
