My previous highly intellectual posts ;-) are just a cover up for my wet behind the ears 30 something baby face who actually knows nothing about nothing.
I do appreciate that I am jumping over the fence here but can anyone shed any light?
DCM sells their 75% stake in AZC (I have been told by people in the industry that the WIM 150 could be worth 100’s of millions, I know you’re thinking BS but that’s what many of them have said) to OZC for example.
OZC take control but how does this scenario generally pan out?
OZC don’t need the cash so do they have to re-list? If they don’t my shares will forever remain worthless!
Is such a “takeover” like this normally positive for current and future share prices?
Surely DCM and the new owners have some obligation to do their best for current shareholder or is it just a case of tough luck?
The only person you need protecting from is yourself, if only I’d listened!
Cheers.
