Rameez,
My story is similar to yours. Looking at it objectively and not falling in love with the stock is difficult when it has been good to you. I'm waiting for their full year results in August. If they look like returning to paying dividends then I'll consider keeping mine in the bottom drawer as an income supplement. Selling in August gives me me till May 2012 before I'd have to pay tax. Selling now = May 2011.
My thoughts: There would be some stock movement through profit taking at the moment by investors who purchased at the March 09 low and now selling at 50% CGT discount. From what I'm reading perhaps other movement from the less adventurous institutional investor money re-entering the market after the GFC.
PBG have been around for a long time. Their CEO came on-board at a very difficult time and had to hit the ground running. She is only 13 months in to a 36 month strategy to turn the business fortunes back around. Patience needed.
