don't forget they did a massive capital raising, which I did participate in back at 60 cents. signficiantly diluting the value of the shares so a $2 price is probably around the $3.60 in pre-cap raising terms.

If they offer script as the deal to the majors then they will only be looking at relative values and synergies IMO.

Lets hope they get bid for significantly more than $2.
