Also, AirTrunk is in a completely different business as NextDC. NextDC hosts machines and sell the disk space. AirTrunk only provides the building space where companies will have to rent the building space and maintain and buy their own racks.
AirTrunk is for big players like google/ms who wants to maintain their own servers, more like a commerical property owner specialized in Datacenter
NextDC is actually the real cloud datacenter provider.
Also, AirTrunk is in a completely different business as NextDC....
