AirTrunk purchased the old COSTCO warehouse site in Huntingwood. It was demolished and AirTrunk are already constructing Phase 1 of a 75MW site. DA approval is in place and land and piling is underway, phase 1 will be finalised for initial customer within 9 months. Airtrunk acquired a Melbourne premise last month, which is in Derrimut, they have already started to retrofit the premise as it as quicker solution to building from ground up, it is a 50 MW site.
