I suggest downloading the 2016 Annual Report and looking at the Revenue & Expenses.

Pretty good breakdown. Check out pages 60-69. 66 is really good for a breakdown by facility (compare 2015 to 2016).
Then look at the company's forward revenue projections, but take into account the expected rise in finance and other costs. The company would be in a lot better position if it was Sydney, Melbourne, Qld. Profitability is going to see-saw for the next few years, but if they can manage to keep similar growth in Melbourne/Sydney they will do well 4-5 years from now.
