If you have kids, Family Tax Benefit can be still be paid where the primary earner gets paid up to $150,000. Interestingly it was Howard who massively increased the level of family tax benefit payments which was one reason for the income of low earner families being comparatively stable while he was Prime Minister.
So nearly all families with children (except well off one) would get transfer payments. I doubt they all vote labor.
