Forgive my ignorance as I'm genuinely seeking knowledge here but the question that occurs to me is why would vale pay let's say 2 billion for something cyclone got for a lot less or why couldn't or didn't the previous owner get such an offer. I'm not intending to be contrarian or challenging by any means as i know there is something I'm not understanding
