If you refer to the company's recent Shareholder Update below, you will note that they highlighted that the Wooboard platform is being rebuilt using leading edge technology and that the first round of product enhancements will be rolled out to its clients in Q4 17. What I was encouraged with though is that part of their assessment/outlook going forward is going to be to accelerate growth through further acquisitions and that part of that plan is to look for new opportunities in international markets including channel partners in ASEAN and APAC territories. Now here's where it gets interesting. Reffind are looking at acquisitions that are complimentary to its current product offerings. Their 'rewards and loyalty product' is one of those offerings currently on the market. The company highlighted in their presentation that they have their attention on potential target acquisitions in the SAAS Security & BAAS spaces and have also highlighted that Blockchain as a Service is a KEY target sector. Makes these potential opportunities even more compelling now with the new appointment of Blockchain Industry Advisor Matthew Hamilton.

* Reffind's current market cap just under $7m.
* Reffind's cash burn is down from $450k per month to now $80k per month.
* The company have $3.7 million in the bank.
* Receipts from customers came in at $86k for the quarter. Might not seem much, but a big part of their targeted strategic focus going forward is to accelerate growth.
* Enterprise Value very low.
My shares aren't going anywhere.
