In my opinion china playing hardball before the ultimate need to buy at much increased prices from overseas due to their massive crop failures this season. They'll be back begging for basic food so it's in their interest to drive prices down by increasing import tariffs, in the end it will all be cost neutral to both parties, storm in a teacup really!
