As the down rampers keep pointing out that this is a non-binding offer.... under what circumstances can AUZ walk away from the agreement with SK if they get a better offer from an equivalent company.
The samples are not far away and you would think the 12c option is only a starting point. Does anyone know how legally binding a Term Sheet is?
