The more I read into it and decipher the whole deal this is my leaning too. 'If' samples are @ spec or better and the Pilot Plant goes well then having SK all happy and in the wings will give us enormous benefits from there through to production. That data will be the catalyst to go from a jog to a sprint with SK giving us the wind in our backs.
Hence as I mentioned before the wait on the samples is worse than the last weeks drawn out saga.
