Scarpa/others:  I really WISH they (AVL) aim for a kind of BEST CASE scenario !!  The crucial matter - a bit outside of AVL's direct control perhaps?? - will be to get FUNDING sorted out really actively and with purpose.  Most likely an overseas partner (and perhaps likely from ASIA) will have to 'come to the table'.   Hope that those many trips to Asia are NOT ONLY in respect to 'off-take' discussions but also sometime in regard to FINANCING this hopefully big and very successful project??  

In discussions earlier on - on this HC board - it was mentioned that the Indonesian TYCOON (ultra rich SALIM Group) is perhaps going to refurbish a plant nearby ??  Any further news in this respect, as it would eliminate to kind of 'start from scratch' (IF that plant can easily/successfully and QUICKLY be refurbished).  NOTE the big lettered IF!!
