The National Transportation Safety Board have been investigating Boeing for more than 2 months with particular regard to the door plug blow out on that Air Alaska flight. During a congressional hearing they disclosed that Boeing have not supplied them with the information regarding installation of that door plug. A team of 25 plus manager worked on the doors. The NTSB have requested but Boeing have not been forthcoming with the names of the 25 personnel, the shifts they worked, what shift that door plug was installed, records etc. The manager is on 'medical leave' and they have not been able to interview him. A whistleblower is now dead. FBI is widening their investigation and DOJ is opening an investigation.
What about all this looks good for SMN's collaboration with Boeing? Silver lining perhaps with Calhoun and others leaving (at end of year!!??)
