I think its possible as they previously offered $2 a share when it was Transfield.
The other thing going for us is the low AUD which makes takeover's from foreign companies much more attractive as it reduces the exchange rate risk.
12 months ago when they offered $2 a share the AUD was around 86C although the Euro vs AUD is almost the same.
