There were originally 2 groups of shareholders that the co-defendents represented the interests of when they went about getting the funds together to get IO assets.
The ones that had some cash according to the case got used up and got nothing and the ones including the co defendents that had no cash got the deal.
Law allows redress when events like this take place in the court of equity I believe it is known as.
One judge deciding based on events what percentage CHM is entitled to of original assets.
Add to this the second case where the original plaintiffs entered into a fund raising agreement with Nicu for 5% of the asset from what I can understand. Whatever that actually means I am sure we will find out.
If what is said to have taken place in both cases occurred which is why we have courts to decide then I am not sure giving CHM rather than Nicu your description is correct.
