you worry to much about the wrong thing. I dont think you ride a board at all because your posting lacks the relaxed nature of the surfers I know.
CHM backers will get the money together so relax. There are players with much more at stake than my paltry holding who will see it has its day in court as their pay day could be huge.
What you should be stressed about is after case one and not to mention case two will there be any IO assets left in MMX. If case is found to have foundation watch for the slater and gordan share holder actions to come out of the wood work to sue MMX.
It could get messier and messier for MMX
Remember they have sold 50% to Mitsubishi so they dont have that much to give up before it starts to really hurt.
