I calculated approx 55 watts per day, per metre. Electricity prices in NYC currently around .21 cents per kWh would save $3603.00 approx. Per year.
If I was going to install solar windows I would have quoted triple glaze windows (standard), and then have quoted solar windows. It's the difference between the price of those two products that will determine if the CPV solar is a viable option.
It was mentioned in a prior presentation that CPV were expecting to get $245.00 return per sq metre.
I still hold but am concerned that in that last interview with Victor he was only talking about greenhouses. Either there is something big happening / or they have nothing worth talking about. The Vicinity trial doesn't feel me with hope either.
