I would be asking how long the pay back period will be.
Then I would be asking how much I will be saving by having my building fitted out with this kit.
I would probably want to know how much my building would grow in value by having this technology and would it attract higher rental returns.
All of these questions would need to be answered, so I would seek an independent assessment from a company that specialises in that field.
