CPV listed 2 years ago, but Victor and the EDU researchers have been around for about 10 years.
Investors don't qualify for tax incentives applicable to startups.
Take a better look at the solar technologies coming out of MIT and Oxford. They have major glass manufacturers as "partners". The question is whether Victor has spoken at length with the major glass manufacturers. If so, and they refused to partner for R&D, then the optimism that has been promoted for use as building glass walls, for cars, for wearables, should have been qualified,
