    Bob, you are absolutely right!

It's costing Australian shopping centres and office building owners AU$0.06/kWh on solar/wind farm PPAs. No wonder Vicinity and NONE of the big, medium or small property developers/owners have signed on to use CleverVue glass. Bloomberg has a subscription facility where PPA prices are registered.

What is the installed cost, per metre of ClearVue glass? $450? $550? $700????

Triple glazed glass is extremely heavy. Then there are the wires to connect it to inverters. Installation is cumbersome and owners need to look at maintenance. If the glass becomes faulty, the cost of hacking it out of the building facade , pulling out the wires, man-handling another piece of glass into place, repairing the wall, etc., - is that covered by the ClearVue warranty? Poor shareholders if that is the case.

Solar panels have an optimum angle for installation. When they are installed vertically, as in glass wall of building, their efficiency could be 10% - 25$ less than optimum slant. My guess is ClearVue glass is same as they use the same solar cell technology.

Also, in HK (and now Sydney/Melbourne/Canberra), city smog reduces efficiency of solar panels by average 5%.

Again, why would building owners opt for green electricity at >$0.50/kWh when they can sign PPA for $0.06/kWh or less?

Then there is the grant and shareholders' money which went into the 4 year glasshouse research. What is the result? What crops are best? As most farmers can't afford plain 8mm glass for glasshouse, how can they afford ClearVue glass? Fours years, millions of $$$$$$, please release the findings.

Do the maths. Given the cells' efficiency declines over limited life, in comparison to PPA green electricity, CleaVue glass is way more expensive. That does not equate to being environmentally friendly. Savings can be applied to other environmentally/socially responsible investments.

It's NOT difficult. It's NOT commercially sensitive. CleaVue should reveal retail price of glass panels so investors can determine commercial competitiveness of products. Eg. Tesla revealed price of Solar Glass Roof Tiles for pre-orders.

Aside from Victor enjoying 5 star international travel to multiple trade shows, directors being paid heaps, what is the business plan?

The generally accepted benchmark for BIPVs is Localized Cost of Electricity. https://corporatefinanceinstitute.com/resources/knowledge/finance/levelized-cost-of-energy-lcoe/ Be professional. After spending $$$ millions, ClearVue management should have the transparent statistic. Otherwise, how to attract customers?????
