There's an article in today's "Australian" newspaper
on page 27 about how the RBA rate drop is adding
some impetus to REIT's high-yield rally. But the star
of the REITs (enhanced by a big picture of CMW's
Executive Director Paul Weightman) is Cromwell.
Having bought my CMWs over several years at an
average SP that provides me with a 10.2% yield
I won't be buying any at today's high price.
The big question for today's speculators is:
Can Cromwell's high share price keep rising?
I'd prefer it to drop to 62.5 cents so I
can dollar-cost-average my holdings down
by increasing my holdings by buying more.
The only event that would induce me to
sell any CMWs is a big yield plunge.
So I'll sit pat and watch the CMW
distributions pour into my bank
account every 3 months and be
grateful I got my CMW's when
they were unpopular. This
