Can CTP Survive, page-35

As a follow up to my cost cutting question and streamline of staff, can anyone please inform why this organisation since mid 2012 has failed to maintain share holder appriciation, even when producing oil and prices well above $100 oil prices.

Simple questions.
1. Why the number of staff at central, especially when most majors are cutting and steam lining?
2. Why the inability to appreciate share holder investment?
3. When will the market get it lol lol.

Just a genuine and concerned shareholder who wants to see cash preservation as the number one strategy, cut cut cut.
