I think catalyst got a good case against its m&a attorneys, gentlemen who also have historically represented vango mining. My thinking is that these legal eagles, who are now batting .000 in front of western australia supreme court, should have declined to represent catalyst in m&a deal with vango due to their previous representation of vango in legal matters highly relevant to m&a deal. These legal eagles surely got a fat insurance policy to pay damages to catalyst.
