People can try sue for defamation however if the information is true in the slightest or if the article has a disclaimer which is like make decisions on your own and we are not responsible for your choices, then this means that a defamation action will not succeed. There are other defences like an Honest Opinion.
However, if it is slander (not truth) and is defamatory, then an action could succeed.
