However, the fact is the professional auditor stands by the 2018 financial statements and in turn the revenue that supports the awarding of the performance shares. And when asked the question at the 2020 AGM confirmed their position. ASIC has not stepped in. The 2018 audit stands.
We can have feelings, suspicious, doubts, concerns, disbelief, skepticism, etc, that something is amiss - and in the future some new evidence may arise that validates our concerns - but - in the meantime we should keep the debate to the facts rather than feelings as the Court will stick to the facts.
