Even if they're available, "tangible facts" aren't an option for ESG to give us poor sods right now, due to the account they allowed STO to tie their hands behind their backs.

But as some have surmised here, THAT period of being held "hostage" to STO has bought them time effectively...right up until that all important Court Approval process.

Trouble IS there have been soooo many mixed signals, what's a man's gut to deduce Stumpy?
