I'm investing in the Baker, not the Bakery in this case.
Albeit a bloody big Bakery admittedly,but the Baker has apparently structured his bonus shareholding to take care of the Bakery owner buying him(and us) out too cheaply. I'm no company genius, so may be wrong on this interpretation of the Bakers rights to increase their equity given several targets being achieved.
As the Master Baker said it is better to have a small slice of a very large pie, than a large slice of a small pie.
I think they are baking a YUUGE pie.( To use my mate Bernie's word)
