Yeah saw those two moves today.
I reckon we will find out the details in the next couple of days with a 3Y release maybe.
If it's Indy cashing out a portion, I see that as a positive to improve liquidity in a tightly held company, providing he isnt cashing out for other reasons.
All speculation though, but for that tidy sum traded there will probably be an appendix release of some type on its way...
