can good management make this work?

reading through the recent posts, the geological/plant challenges etc, would or can good management have made or make a difference with cmr?

if the asset at browns plains is that damn good, why havent BHP, RIO, The Chinese etc bought the project out of mothballs????

all good projects are being snapped up now....the fact that browns isnt could indicate the entire project is a dud regardless who has it???
