I should have mentioned it in my earlier post.

I had to call the Asciano help line ( 1300850505 ) to find out that you have to click on the grey menu item on the second line of menu choices that says "statement".

I eventually obtained my Bpay details that way. I had several abortive attempts - when I clicked on "statement" the first few times it said "no statement available". After another phone call they explained that the link to the Computershare system was overloaded and to try again - which finally worked.

The sentence again:

"..please only use the CRN
specific to the Entitlement on that form. If you inadvertently use the same CRN for more than one of your Entitlements,you will be deemed to have applied only for Additional New Securities on the Entitlement to which that CRN applies."

I think means that if you appy for your full entitlement under one holding using its specific Bpay CRN and then for another holding use the same CRN by mistake, then the second Bpay amount will be regarded as an application for extra shares for the first holding.
