I am not sure that the above is correct.

I phoned the AIO share offer information line yesterday and was told that you can apply for your entitlement via Bpay by the first cut off date and then apply for an extra allocation (which may be scaled back) by the second cut off date.

I have just read their announcement today but it does not specifically confirm what I was told above - so I am still doubtful of the correct position.

Can anyone provide more info here?
