direcotrs incentive is in share options which was approved nearly a year ago. their options are the only incentive they need.
but a valid point. if prices are so cheap why would they not be buying? perhaps because they have knowledge that could be viewed as being market sensitive??
but then again, dealing with honest directors is not something you would be used too, is it bazzaroid.
