    Should I take up a small RI or wait to pick up 5c or less from the army of RI on the market later? IMO, unless there is good news, RRS can fall < 5c. Like Warnie said "Nice photo"! And I cant see any rate flow either. Supporting line is at 4.3c but can be 4.6 (hit the head of a candle on 14/10/09). All lines still have plenty room to fall further plus DOW/XAO on a downtrend that will hit RRS and others harder.
