Hate to be saying this but for those who weren't blinded by the dollar signs in their eyes the warning signs were all there. Even the most basic background searches on the company and management would have turned up a few question marks. Although legally there *might* be some chance of a class action against the directors succeeding, in the event they were found guilty maybe of misleading shareholders. I'm of the opinion that the directors knew for whatever reason, that the mining licence would not be granted, yet they withheld this information from the public. Must stress though just my opinion, based on rtm's past form and news reports covering this incident.
