Can I save this ship?

To the handful of holders here who might be more educated than me on corporate structure etc.

If I offered to help at least review this company and their technology (which I have already offered in the past via the contact page, no response), is that possible?

I have been in web dev and tech for 20+ years. I go and work for companies, improve their product and in my last 2 roles, the companies have ended up selling for many many times more than initial value (in the tens of millions).

If I can get my hands on this Wooboard, I will be able to advise exactly where it's at, what it needs and an estimate of how long and how much it needs.

Do we have any rights to that as shareholders?
