Yes that is correct, it's an entitlement offer, which means you are entitled to your pro rata amount. So as long as you pay for them correctly then you are entitled to them.
The additional shares will depend on how many people don't apply for their entitlement or part of it and also how many people apply for any of the additional shares in this pool of unknown size. So no guarantees with those ones.
All just in my humble opinion though.
